We will begin the process by interviewing with the key stakeholders of your business to hone in on who you are, what you’re about, what direction you're headed and why you plan to be great at it.

What will come out of it: An overview and snapshot of your business today and where you want to go so I can walk away and analyze your needs for Step 2.
Step 2 | a.ko Recommendation
What we’ll do: My recommendation of which services will best serve your brand goals in the form of a brand strategy map.

After analyzing all the data and feedback in Step 1, you will be provided with a detailed breakdown of a.ko’s vision of how we can support the emergence, growth and brand impact of your company through a menu of recommended services, brand strategy map and the associated rates.

What will come out of it: A recommended list of services, a budget breakdown, a walk through of all the recommendations and the time and space to make the decisions in Step 3.
Step 3 | Select Your Menu
What we’ll do: Approve a menu of a.ko’s services on your terms.

Now that you know a.ko’s vision on how we can best support your business, the ball is in your court. Approve, edit down or add a.ko’s support in any services that you business most wants to dive into. Our recommendation is there for the taking, but ultimately the choice is up to you.

What will come out of it: We discuss and on the scope of work, timelines and deliverables, you place a deposit, and we head to Step 4!
Step 4 | Moving Forward
What we’ll do: Manage and monitor your projects together so your brand can fly!

It’s time to step on the gas. Now that your menu has been selected and signed off on, leave it to a.ko to begin work on your deliverables and projects. Expect regular check-in’s, multi-option renderings and concepts, brainstorming sessions, conceptual presentations and more. Our mission is to work with you AND for you, simultaneously, so the result will be authentically your brand.
